Nutrition has been studied extensively by Melissa for the past 6 years to optimize health and well-being, specifically for weight loss and toning.
Melissa DeCourcy has been successfully training clients since 2017. Fitness goals are taken seriously. She understands that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and the trainer's goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. She will analyze your body type, lifestyle, and weaknesses to create your individualized fitness plan for you.
Your trainer has a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and was a personally dedicated yoga practitioner & teacher from 2015-2021, leading workshops, teaching classes, and running her own studio. Now she's focused on coaching one-on-one and makes stretching a priority for herself and her clients. Mobility, flexibility and balance will be incorporated into the your overall routine when working with Melissa to ensure minimal injury.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. The Personal Trainer's goal is to keep an eye on your nutrition, making small changes that lead to big shifts in overall health. Our goal is to change your view on quality food, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits in the kitchen, along with exercise and stretching, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
